About Us
Mississippi born, California taught. I moved to California with the intent of staying 6 months and got a job at a tasting room to pay the bills. 10 years, many wines made, and countless vineyards walked later, I'm happy to share everything I've learned with you with in the shape of a bottle.Friday Wines is my approach to low intervention winemaking, or "natural wine." This means vineyards without pesticides, spontaneous fermentations, no additives besides minimal natural sulfur, no filtrations, and no new barrels to mask flavors. Just grapes in a bottle. Enjoy!
Our Wines

2025 Zinfandel - William Talty Vineyard - Dry Creek Valley
The William Talty Vineyard is a special one, one that i’m grateful to produce my first wine from. On the floor of Dry Creek Valley, I have been farming and making wine from this vineyard for the better part of a decade. 62-years-old, head trained, and dry farmed, it is classic Italian Sonoma County with an even older approach.
Hand picked, foot treaded, native yeast, whole cluster fermented, neutral oak barrels, no additions or filtrations

2025 Grenache - Renridge Vineyard - Mendocino County
The Renridge Vineyard sits in the town of Hopland in Mendocino County - home of many interesting vineyards that don’t get the credit they deserve. Renridge was recently bought by my new friend Derick, and is being brought back to life after several years of neglect. We chose and hand picked the best clusters from the vineyard. You’ll likely be seeing this name again in the future.
Hand picked, native yeast, partial whole cluster fermented, neutral oak barrels, no additions or filtrations

2025 Orange Vermentino - Bench Vineyard - Lodi
The Bench Vineyard is biodynamically farmed and sits east of the Central Valley town of Lodi. This region has a long history of growing Zinfandel, but has diversified to over 130 varieties in recent years. The Clements Hills sub-AVA is known for its sandy soils, in which this vineyard continues to produce well-respected Syrah and Vermentino.
Hand picked, native yeast, two week skin fermentation, neutral oak barrels, no additions or filtrations
